Report: RDIF suspends exports of Avifavir over domestic demand
MOSCOW, Dec 25 (PRIME) -- The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) has suspended exports of anti-coronavirus medicine Avifavir because of high domestic demand, but will resume them in the future, CEO Kirill Dmitriev said in an interview with Rossiya 24 television channel on Friday.
“Currently, we have suspended supplies (of Avifavir) to foreign markets due to very high demand in Russia. We have been selling the medicine only within Russia since September, but later, when the production volume is higher, we will resume the exports,” he said.
